We don't cut corners on our alloy wheel repair service and in general take care to refurbish the whole face of the wheel, not just the damaged area.  On average it takes 1.5 to 2 hours to refurbish a wheel.

If the damaged area is very small then a partial refurbish can be done by finding a close match to the existing paint colour and blending the clear coat. It must be stressed that this type of repair will never result in a perfect finish due to slight colour mismatches. The biggest problem with partial repairs is that there are no paint codes available for alloy wheels, whcih means that an exact match cannot be mixed.
