Terms of Use
You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.
Terms and Conditions (Alloy Wheel/Paint Chip/Bumper Repairs)
1.   All customer vehicles must be fully covered by their own insurance whilst left with Auto Pro Car
Care.
2.   All vehicles must be supplied with the O.E.M. tool kit and locking wheel nut keys for removing and
fitting wheels, where applicable.
3.   We accept no responsibility for goods or articles left in vehicle, or damage or mechanical fault on
any vehicle (other than obvious damage which was not recorded when the vehicle was checked in).
4.   We accept no responsibility for the transport of wheels delivered and / or collected by courier;
customers should ensure that any courier they use is adequately insured.
5.   We will endeavour to refurbish all wheels to the best of our ability but cannot be responsible for
unforeseen problems such as excessive corrosion. These problems are sometimes only apparent when the old finish has been removed. Other problems found can include:
a. The wheels/locking nuts/studs/valves having been incorrectly maintained.
b. Any previous service or repairs, which have not been properly carried out.
c. Any parts which have been wrongly fitted or the structure of the
wheel/components/bolts/nuts/threads/valves/weights affected by the process.
6.   Split rims are undertaken entirely at the customer's discretion and responsibility as to the suitability
of the refurbishment process (we recommend all split rims are broken down by the customer prior to any refurbishment).
7.   Wheels which are classed as in 'very poor' condition upon inspection may incur an additional charge
of £5 per wheel. This is to cover the cost of additional labour and materials required to refurbish such wheels.
8.   We reserve the right to charge extra in the event of unforeseen problems, and in such
circumstances we will endeavour to contact the Customer for agreement before continuing.
9.   Customers should be aware that certain high gloss finishes, such as High Power Silver or Gloss Black,
show blemishes more readily (depending on the condition of the wheels). We cannot guarantee a 'perfect' finish, but we do guarantee to improve your wheels.
10.  It is the Customers sole responsibility to check the condition of refurbished wheels, and the
condition of tyres, and to ensure that they conform to all safety and legal requirements. If you intend on changing your tyres you are advised to do so prior to refurbishment.
11.  If wheels are on a vehicle we are happy to remove them and we endeavour to ensure that all
wheels are securely refitted and the correct torque setting applied following refurbishment, however we advise all Customers to check their wheel nuts immediately upon collecting their vehicle and at regular intervals thereafter to ensure that the wheels are secure at all times.

Terms and Conditions (Lighting and Cleaning Products)
1.   All goods remain the property of Auto Pro Car Care until paid for in full.
2.   Payment - Cash on collection.
3.   If an incorrect item is ordered then, at the sole discretion of Auto Pro Car Care, provided the said
item is unused and in its original packaging, it may be returned (at the customer's cost) for a refund provided it reaches us within 14 days of the original sale date. A 15% handling fee will be charged on all orders that are cancelled/refunded due to customer error. Replacement items will incur an additional re-delivery charge.
4.   We apologise in advance if any item you receive from us is faulty or damaged upon opening. Please
contact us within 3 working days of receipt to report damaged goods otherwise no returns will be accepted. Faulty goods are covered by an exchange policy. The product will be replaced if it is in an 'as new' condition. Returned items must be complete i.e. in original packaging with all accessories. When returning a product, please enclose a copy of your order receipt and a daytime and evening contact number. If the returned product is faulty, it will be replaced at no additional cost to the purchaser. If the item is no longer available a full refund be given. If the product is not faulty it will be returned to the purchaser at their expense. Refunds cannot be made for items that have been damaged due to customer misuse or modified in any way.
5.   Although great care is taken with all orders, occasionally mistakes can happen. If you receive the
incorrect item please contact us within 3 working days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement.
